Returns 

Frank Rae will happily accept returns for store credit or exchange, on the condition they adhere within our policies. We will provide refunds if items have been inspected as faulty once returned to us. 

Policies

  • ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE.

  • ITEMS HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED, WASHED AND ORIGINAL TAGS ARE STILL ATTACHED, WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ITEMS RETURNED NOT IN NEW CONDITION.

  • THERE WILL BE NO RETURNS ON SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS. ALL PURCHASES ON SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.

  • FOOTWEAR MUST BE RETURNED IN ORIGINAL SHOEBOX, IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION WITHOUT DAMAGE OR POSTAGE LABELS.

  • SWIMWEAR AND INTIMATES MUST BE TRIED ON WEARING UNDERGARMENTS. IF YOU WISH TO RETURN AN ITEM, THE TAGS AND PROTECTIVE HYGIENE STRIP MUST REMAIN IN PLACE.

  • WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON BEAUTY & WELLNESS PRODUCTS FOR HYGIENE REASONS 

How Do I Return My Item? 

WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS TO RETURN THE ITEM. IF THE ITEM DOES NOT REACH US SAFELY, FRANK RAE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE.

 

How Do I Return an Item:

  1. EMAIL HELLO@FRANKRAE.COM TO REQUEST A RETURN/EXCHANGE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
  2. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR FULL NAME, REASON FOR RETURN, ORDER NUMBER AND WHICH ITEM/S YOU WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE
  3. ONCE YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN APPROVED YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH A FORM TO BE FILLED OUT AND RETURNED WITH YOUR ITEM/S.
  4. ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR RETURN ITEM WE WILL NOTIFY YOU AND PROCESS YOUR RETURN / EXCHANGE WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS.
